With more than 25 years of experience in assurance, consulting, and tax services, Lynn is well-suited to advise clients embarking on the growth journey. Lynn’s wide expertise includes business reviews and valuation, M&A advisory, IPO advisory, financial due diligence and other compliance work. A registered Public Accountant, Lynn also has had extensive experience in auditing various large businesses and complex corporate structures with presence in foreign jurisdictions.
Prior to the inception of Ardent in year 2008, Lynn was an Associate Director (Business Advisory) in one of the largest accounting and business advisory groups in Singapore.
